Mandeep Mangat, Director of Maria Montessori Stepping Stones Daycare with almost 15 years of experience. She has been developing, willing to learn, and is now successful in both expanding her brand and raising 2 children. Her work ethic, warm character, and adaptability make her the perfect candidate for helping children develop and learn about the world. Her inviting character makes her stand out and help families feel welcome and secure in her presence.

Rajbir Kaur

Hi My name is Rajbir Kaur I am working at Maria Montessori Stepping Stones As an Assistant Director and I am a highly enthusiastic and creative kindergarten teacher with a passion for young minds and helping them grow. I have Level 3 and over 15 years experience working with children in various educational settings.

Naima Akhtar

I am Naima, and I hold a master’s degree in economics along with an International Montessori Teaching Diploma from the North American Montessori Centre. With over 18 years of experience as an educator, I am deeply passionate about working with children. My aim is to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom where learning is both enjoyable and meaningful.
In my free time, I enjoy playing chess, tending to my garden, and immersing myself in books.

Janess Dano

Janess Dano is a passionate and dedicated preschool teacher with 12 years experience in early childhood setting, providing children with enriching learning environments. Janess loves engaging conversations with children helping them instill confidence as they explore in their curiosity and learn from their experiences in the early moments of their development. Cooking is one of her favourite things to do. She is fond of camping together with her family and friends, her favourite way of collecting happy memories with them.

Gurman Chahal

I am Gurman Chahal with ece level 3 and have diploma in early childhood education. I have been working in child care for more than 5 years and dedicated to fostering a nurturing and engaging environment for children. Proficient in creating and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
I enjoy painting and crafting, which I often incorporate into classroom activities to inspire creativity in children.

Binu Philip​

Hello! My name is Binu Philip. I was born in Kerala, India, in 1980. I received a BSc computer science degree from back home in India. I was a high school teacher for 7 years in my hometown. I moved to Canada on October 4th, 2010.1 married a beautiful and responsible man. I am the mother of a precious boy named Hanoch. For almost 7 years I stayed at home and took care of my son. In 2017, I completed the Orientation Course for Child Care Staff online. I received the childcare care assistant certificate. I started working at Sherwood Park Daycare for one year. In October 2018 October, I started working in Daly Grove Daycare. In January 2023 I started working in Lux Day care. I enjoy working with children and how much they learn and grow. They make you laugh with the little things they say as they learn. I like Rose and Lily flowers.
