In February of 2013, MMSS Childcare was founded by a dynamic couple Harprit Dhillon and Manbir Srao with a vision to provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children ages 0-5 years old. Over the past decade, with the help of our carefully selected teaching staff, an enriching curriculum, and a well-designed learning environment, we have empowered hundreds of children to build a solid foundation for lifelong success.

Manbir Srao

Owner & Teacher (Level 3 ECE)

A Level 3 Early Childhood Educator, brings over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in early childhood development have guided the design of our programs and curriculum. Manbir is dedicated to creating an environment that fosters each child’s individual growth, curiosity, and love for learning.

Harprit Dhillon

Co-Owner (Level 2 ece)

Harprit complements Manbir’s passion for childcare and brings his own unique perspective to our center. As a parent of two children himself, Harprit understands firsthand the importance of a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children to thrive.

Mandeep

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (Level 3)

A devoted Assistant Director at MMSS Childcare with over a decade of experience. Mandeep’s dedication to aiding children and families in need is truly inspiring. As a mother of two, she understands the importance of a nurturing environment and brings this insight to our center. Mandeep’s passion for spending quality time with loved ones and her warm culinary skills create an inviting atmosphere for all. Her drive and compassion make her an invaluable asset to our team, enhancing the experiences of both children and families.

Naima

PRE-SCHOOL HEAD (Level 1)

Introducing Naima, a seasoned educator with over 15 years of experience in nurturing young minds. With an enduring passion for working with children, Naima’s goal is to enrich lives through education. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys the strategic nuances of chess, tending to her garden, and the immersive world of reading. Naima dearly looks forward to every day as a privilege to pursue her lifelong dream of teaching young children.

Nehapreet

OSC STAFF LEAD (Level 3)

Meet Nehapreet Kaur, a dedicated OSC Staff Lead with 12 years of experience working with children. Specializing in out-of-school care, she thrives on the energy and enthusiasm of this age group. Nehapreet engages in interactive activities like word games and exercises that not only entertain but also sharpen young minds. Her devotion to lifelong learning is evident in her love for working with kids. Outside of her role, Nehapreet enjoys spending quality time with her own children, staying active through exercise, and relishing nature walks.

Rajbir

CHILDCARE SUPERVISOR (Level 3)

Meet Rajbir Kaur, a dedicated OSC Staff member and Childcare Supervisor. With a background in arts and education from India, Rajbir has been an integral part of our center since February 2013. Her commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children shines through in her role as Childcare Supervisor in the OSC room. After work, Rajbir enjoys spending time with her family.
